Dolly and Dotty at London Edge

Stunning retro styling at LondonEdge.

Classic style never goes out of fashion, and you clearly can't get enough of rockabilly and pin up style, as this September's LondonEdge shows. With a staggering selection of rockabilly, pin up and vintage inspired labels lined up for the show!

Swinging frocks, pencil cuts and sweater tops are constantly adorning our wardrobes, and who can blame us for adoring the retro look, as the likes of Collectif, Hell Bunny and Voodoo Vixen keep on wowing us with their take on the classic style.

This September as always is no exception, as a great selection of rockabilly, pin up and retro styled labels are set to unveil their latest designs at LondonEdge. One of our favourites that's making a return to the show is alternative label, Hell Bunny, they've become one of the 'go to' brands for the rockabilly look, as they've taken swinging frocks, pencil skirts and tight sweater tops and given them an alternative update, using a mixture of pretty floral prints, horrificly sweet designs, and classic rockabilly prints from polka dots to cherries, we can't wait to see what new designs they've come up with for A/W 15!

Taking a pinch of inspiration from the 1960's, Collectif have taken retro styles and taken them beyond their classic 1930's-1950's staples with their new label Bright & Beautiful.

If you love vintage style then you'll just adore their new venture, taking iconic styles from the era, from mini skirts to a line dresses, and giving them a modern update. The new collection certainly looks stunning, with faux fur trimmed coats, patterned dresses and mini skirts helping to shape their A/W 15 collection.

If it's swinging rockabilly style that you prefer though, then you'll just love new to LondonEdge label, Dolly and Dotty, whose designs take a pinch of inspiration from the 1950's, amongst 1960's styled pieces, for a vibrant collection of classic pieces. Circle skirts, halternecks and stylish prints help to shape the range, with a great selection of frocks that are perfect for the dancefloor. With plenty of classic staples, to pretty polka dots and floral prints, you'll just adore their range of rockabilly frocks.

With plenty of retro styled labels to be found across the show whatever your taste, from the stylish '50's threads of Freddies of Pinewood and Miss L Fire, to the pretty frocks of Vanity Project by Limb, and Hearts and Roses London, there's plenty of stunning designs that bring together the best of vintage and alternative style.

LondonEdge opens it's doors on September 6th-8th, at the Business Design Centre, Upper Street, London. For more details, and to register for your passes visit, www.londonedge.com, entrance is strictly trade only.
