Model feature : Bethany Parker

Bethany Parker, otherwise known as Cara Red has been modelling under the alternative vein with mainstream success. Having been published in the likes of Front & Nuts magazine alongside alt publications & fashion shows.

How did you start modelling? Was it something that you always wanted to do, or did it just 'happen'?

I first started modelling by doing a fashion show with my college which I really enjoyed. I was then approched by the owner of 'Ultimate Fashion' and he asked me to be a model for his fashion shows. I then decided I wanted to have a go at photo shoots and once I did I realised I had been missing out, I loved it! I love dressing up and it's like becoming a different person for a few hours.

How drew you towards alternative modeling?

I've always loved tattoos and piercing since I was very little so I always knew I would have them, but I love that with alternative modelling nothing is too far or too much. I love that it shows you can be alternative and still be beautiful in your own way.

Do you have any fellow models or heroines who have inspired you?

I have been inspired by two alternative models. Jessica Weekly and Cervena fox. I love Jessica because she makes every shoot look fun and cute but sexy too, I love Cervena because she can look so different in shoots but still so gorgeous.

What kind of shoots would you like to work on in the future?

I really want to do a vampire shoot soon wearing latex clothes I think it would be soo cool!

What has been your biggest modelling achievement so far?

Definitely my 4 page spread in Kultue magazine this month I can't explain how happy I was.

Are there any companies or designers that you'd like to work with?

I really want to work with alot of latex designers such as Anatomic Bomb, Rubber Monkey, Westwood bound, Bellatrixx Capella, Lady Lucie and Violaceous latex.

What are your goals & aspirations for the future?

I really want to get the cover of a magazine soon so going to try really hard to get some slick new images and really want to model some latex I love the stuff!
