Little miss delicious

London edge preview.

As the winter day's draw shorter, the preparation's for the Spring/summer London edge show start to kick off. February's show is almost here and it's looking like an exciting mix of regular traders, new labels, and new traders are lined up for the show.

Kicking off on the 6th February, London edge's spring/summer show will be bringing the best of alternative fashion and design together. Well known for their trade shows, this February looks set to bring even more astounding labels, and designs from around the globe together under one roof for a mammoth collection of alternative fashion.

This February sees new talent to the show, with plenty of new upcoming talent on board. With freshly picked designers and labels on hand to inject a bit of young blood into any business.

Just some of the new designers and labels on show at the exhibition include:

Little miss delicious, who's almost edible, scrumptious sweetie jewellery had caught our eye late last year. With a kawaii feel, the label features plenty of yummy sushi, cupcakes, and cheerful cookies.

Berit new york

Flip flop and fangs, a new label by UK fair trade company Fresh cargo. The collaboration between comedy actor Luke McGibney and fair-trade fashionista Rebecca Gray will feature humourous printed tees, alongside a second label Twisted playground.

Berit new york, just in time for their London fashion week appearance, the U.S label features vintage inspired attire with an alternative feel. With their fall 2011 collection on show, London edge buyers will actually get a sneak preview just before the London fashion week show!

& Kitten tongues, a relatively new London based label who's mixture of cyber-lesque meets fetish accessories are certainly bound to please.

All these and much more will be on show amongst regular exhibitors from the likes of Lip service, to Hell bunny. All tucked under the national hall roof, at the Olympia; fresh from last year's appearance at the new venue, and from the success of September's show it's certainly set to be a stunner. With plenty of performances, catwalk shows, and walk about performers around the venue helping to kick start off the show.

London edge runs from 6th-8th September at the national hall, Olympia. Entrance is trade only, you can register for your ticket and find further details online you'll also get a rather fetching goodie bag with your entry ticket, including a catalogue with contacts of all the exhibitors on show.
